American Comfort Transportation works with travel agents from across the country and worldwide as well. We are happy to provide upon request names of travel companies we have provided service for, we are confident that they will attest to the level of service we provide to them.
We provide service to and from airports and cruise ports through out all of South Florida. We have permits for all counties, airports, and cruise ports we service and are happy to provide documentation if needed as well. We also can arrange vehicles for business meetings, dinners, or any occasion or length of time your clients request.
We can also furnish proof of insurance at your request. Our insurance exceeds any requirements from counties, airports, or cruise ports we service by more than double the amount required.
Our vehicles are never more than three years old. Every vehicle in our fleet offers Sirius satellite radio, as well as GPS navigation. Child seats are available in all sizes for your clients traveling with small children. All chauffeurs dress for business in black suits, white shirts, conservative ties, and gold name badges. They are also licensed by Collier County Florida and must have annual background checks, and clean driving history.
Our office staff monitors all flights throughout the day and relays information to the chauffeurs via Nextel radios. We can arrange for inside meet and greets in the Fort Myers airport or do a curbside pickup for the client wanting to save a few minutes time. For the Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports, airport policy allows for inside greetings only.
We confirm all reservations via email to you, your clients, or both. All confirmations list complete itineraries with dates, times, airline or cruise line information, number of passengers, client cell phone numbers, and estimated charges. Confirmations are sent in less than one hour in most cases. Reservations can be made by phone or email, whichever you prefer.
We require a valid credit card with expiration date and billing address on file for all reservations. For airport or cruise port transfers, nothing is billed until the transportation date or dates. For hourly services such as meetings, dinners, weddings, etc., a 50% deposit is needed at time of booking with balance charged to card provided on date of service.
