20 Percent Fuel Surcharge added to all boat charter rates
15 to 20 Percent Gratuity is recommended for your captain. Your boat captain provides ice, soft drinks, and bottled water. He also cleans your boat before and after your cruise. On all travel agent or third party bookings, a 20 percent gratuity will be added at the time of making a reservation.
Your credit card is charged the full amount for the boat cruise, including fuel surcharge, at the time the reservation is made. All cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled charter time will be refunded 50 Percent of the total cost. No refunds if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your scheduled charter time.
You are reserving not just the boat, but the captain as well. Once your reservation is made, we will turn down all others requesting your date and time. If you are using a gift card, the same cancellation policy applies.
